All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your booking.

We do not issue refunds.

A cancellation fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. Cancellation fee is 20% of the appointment service amount.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Casa de Hilo to charge the card on file for any applicable fees, including a security deposit of $20, cancellations or no-shows.

Leaving your card on file does not mean you will be charged for the full service—it will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy/security deposit policy.

We kindly ask for at least [24 hours] notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
